Icemob offers free returns for 30 days. If you don't absolutely love your Icemob pieces within 30 days, you can return or exchange your items for free in the US, even if you wore them. They have partnered with Happy Returns, so you can just drop off your items at one of the thousands of Return Bar locations nationwide for free. For international returns, Icemob will pay for your return shipping label, but there is a $12 return fee. Please note that Moissanite products have a different return policy.
